We make items to order up to 2 week, we do not have stock. It allows to make such variety of styles in a lot of colors. Delivery takes up to 1.5-2 weeks. If you need item quicker - please contact us and we will propose sollutions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from SilkGardenStefa which will include your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Usually we send parcels with not required sign. It will be left near your house/on reception.

Write us in contact form that you want return the order.

We will give you return address (return to Ukraine). Buyers responsible for back shipping costs. We recommend to ship back the cheapest methos even without tracking. Just you mail us photo of return post receipt - we will make refund.
